  • 1. Why have I not received my verification email?

    The verification email may go through several different channels on its way to your inbox. There are a number of reasons that may cause the email to not get delivered including the receiving mail server being too busy or unavailable. Additionally, there are aggressive spam filters in use by various ISPs and corporate domains that may create instances where legitimate email does get trapped.

    If you do not receive a verification email within 10 minutes of registration - send an email to support@upaudio.com letting us know. We will work on getting your verification email to you as soon as possible.  



    2. I am trying to upload a track but a box pops up and says: 'Enter track price in positive number' - what does that mean?

    When uploading a track you must enter a price that you wish to sell it
    for in the UpAudio.com Storefront. You must set the price above 0.29
    or you can set it to 0 and give the track away for free.

    The error you are getting is usually caused by entering text or a
    symbol such as "$". So for example, if you want to set your price to
    99 cents - you should type '0.99' in the space provided. Do not type '$0.99'
